The website uses common web frameworks and libraries; however, all related files are hosted directly on our own server in the EU. No external content delivery networks or third-party servers are used. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

We use only technically necessary cookies to enable secure login sessions.
These cookies are essential for authentication and expire automatically after logout or a short period of inactivity.
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

4. Account Registration and Login

To create an account, users choose a username and password.
We do not collect personally identifiable information such as names, addresses, or contact details.
Your credentials are stored in encrypted form and used solely for authentication.

5. Guild Wars 2 API Integration

After registration, you may provide an API key from the official Guild Wars 2 API.
The minimum required permissions are account and pvp.
Through this API, we collect data such as your account name, home world, PvP statistics, and match history.
This information is stored in our database to generate personalized statistics and visualizations of your PvP performance.

6. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored securely in our database and backed up regularly for system reliability.
Backups are automatically deleted within six months.
If you choose to delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed from active databases.
Full deletion from all backups will occur within six months.
All collected data are used solely for the operation of this website and are not shared with any third parties.

7. Aggregated and Public Data

We may publish aggregated and anonymized statistics derived from all user data (e.g., average ratings, win rates).
A future optional feature may allow users to share their personal rating publicly; this will be disabled by default.

8. Advertising and Analytics

This website currently contains no advertising, analytics tools, or third-party tracking.
Should this change in the future, users will be informed in advance and, where legally required, explicit consent will be requested before any data processing for advertising purposes.
